Job Responsibilities:

1. Handle and improve customer-reported issues to enhance customer satisfaction.

2. Instruct and assist customers in product usage, troubleshoot technical problems, and exchange information.

3. Contribute to product specification revisions and establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) based on customer feedback.

4. Facilitate the transfer of new technologies from German research and development personnel.

5. Assist in machine installation and testing.

6. Electrical control assembly and testing.

7. Perform tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

Work Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience.

Education:

Diploma, Bachelor's, or Master's degree.

Field of Study:

Electrical and Electronics Engineering or related field, English language-related.
